个人研究方向:

主要研究方向是合成生物学使能技术的开发及其应用。近年来,申请人以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Cell ResearchNucleic Acids ResearchACS Synthetic BiologyCell Discovery等杂志发表论文20多篇,并申请了多项发明专利。其中主要的成果包括:(1)开发了新型DNA体外无缝拼接/编辑技术,提高了大片段、复杂片段DNA的体外拼接/编辑效率和准确率。(2)提出了基于CRISPR/Cas12a的新型生物元器件拼接标准(C-Brick)。(3)开发了基于CRISPR的微生物基因编辑/基因调控技术,建成了不依赖于PAM位点的基因组编辑方法和基于CRISPR crRNA阵列的多基因高效转录调控的新方法。(4)开发了CRISPR新型分子诊断系统,该系统被Science杂志誉为下一代分子诊断技术。
